You need to look at short interest, which based on the o/s count, shorting is virtually nil ratio wise with DRNK. If you are looking at short volume or naked short volume you are seeing a lot of various transactions normally related to market makers and brokers selling/buying. For example, one overly simplified instance being a broker fulfilling a transaction before they actual procure the shares.
