Here's another whoops that all the Johnnys are slipping by you. Let's say you wanted to invest in this turd. And you had about $25K to invest. You're a medium sized investor in sub-penny stock. So you go on to the market and acquire 40 million shares, and believe me you'll be able to. Stockholders will line up to sell you big blocks. And the share price would hardly notice.

But how are you going to sell your 40 million shares when there is no business, no product, no management, no cash in the bank. Where will the next 40 million share buyer come from?
