what i like is berman is DRIVING the stock forward. He stated he wants this above .01 and on the otcqb and he is driving the stock toward that goal.

berman is doing everything right from:

the reduction of shares that keep the ss reasonable.
there is no convertible debt so there is no ax to drive the stock lower.
constant press releases to keep the momentum to reach .01.
berman is backing up what he has promised creating investor confidence.

all this is working because look at the board reads for today which are going to breech 100,000!!!

there are a lot of pos ceo's that only release news to sell STOCK!!! ceo berman is pushing out pr's not to sell stock but locking in deals to create value that is starting to be reflected in the share price.

ceo berman is not the typical loser ceo scam artist. berman is the real deal and his resume shows it.
