There is no audit. There will be no financials - four filings behind, companies rarely ever return to compliance once they get that far behind.

The China deal is exposed as a fraud (two multi-billion dollar companies......LOL). More likely a group of Chinese scammers.

KJ lied to investors about "receiving" monies, and got caught.

The Cameroon deal is a mirage.

And let's not forget about KJ and his scammer buddy John Owen.
And offering geological and engineering services in Arizona without the required registrations.

This is simply ugly.
