Sorry, if you have missed that the initial decision from SEC was given. And it was clear that nothing has happened as anticipated from your post. Market showed extreme support for BIEL after the decision and we witnessed that. SEC decision was out and no punishment for BIEL but for individuals which can be appealed and will take forever and forever. Meanwhile, decision from FDA. Do your own DD.Don't believe False allegations without proofs.
