all about revenue doesn't matter where the F it comes from. #FMS brings in enough cash to pursue other options do it instead of using convertible debt.

chart wise this pr is dropping in a perfect spot. if it's an good power pump pr with some substance onci is going to fly. selling when the chart is at where it is would stink of debt sellers using the news to convert. imo there shouldn't be much downward pressure since onci was on bottom for a very short time.

onci retraced to support 50ma & bounced two days after to the middle line at .0019.

resistance imo is in the low .003's and if that breaks new 52wk high before becoming overbought again. i expect a pop then an intraday retrace to reset the 60min chart then continuation.
