Having watched the video several times. My take is this: Dr Liau was speaking in a "guarded" way. I think she was trying to be careful with her words but at a cost of coming off looking questionable in regards to DCVAX-L. I also think if she could have turned back the clock and done Phase 3 slightly differently she clearly would have. I think she knows the vaccine helped some of the crossovers but in a sense compromised the study. There should not have been a crossover arm. I also think she knows they left out a group of candidates that would have benefitted from the study. It is not negativity I see it is more like "we should have done it this way", perhaps regret. I am in agreement with some on this board who believe FDA will approve for the "mes" group. Good luck longs and patients!
