Art pinned the tail on the donkey - the risk is the reason why SPCL is trading at .070 and not .02 where it belongs. The reward will be breathtaking for those who are willing to lose it all, and for those that don't? The battle to find a solid entry point will be quite the challenging once they release the fins.
