Something like this is a big decision with major ramifications. Shouldn't we assume that Seth has been very careful in thinking this through, whatever is decided on??

I can't help but notice that everyone...including Sethie...is dancing around using vague "hopeful" language.
"However, after carefully contemplating the available options, the Company has decided that it will not enact a reverse stock split and will focus on building its fundamental value as well as prosecuting its ongoing federal lawsuit against Cowan Gunteski. The Company is hopeful that it will be successful in choosing this path forward."

Of course, if they decide that this route is NOT being "successful"...
they can always fall back on that 1 for 8 split, eh?

I seem to remember Sethie promised the shareholders that TAUG would be back on the QB???
That he said that was very important???
Should I dig up those quotes?
Or can we agree that it was said?
