If you need a hammer, and someone hands you a screwdriver, would you be satisfied with that ?
That's a better analogy of otcshortreport misrepresenting FINRA numbers.

...would you throw out a hammer because it was scratched? ...

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
