My opinion is he needs to step down as this company will not succeed with him at the Helm . The company's problems are part and parcel to his turning a blind eye as to what was going on. Appealing the Judges decision while being in control of the company would be fatal. He needs to accept the decision and leave. We will move nowhere as long as we drag this mess created by them in the company's name. What do you think will happen if he decides to appeal? What do you think will happen if he decides to step down? I go with him leaving and let the company move forward. Just my opinion. Have a great day and GLTA
