Sure would be easy to ignore the Victory of Mr Lopehandia with respect to keeping the precautionary measure in place against Barricks Pascua claims.

Talking on the phone with the BCSC about Barricks crimes is not meaningless. As an investor, I take exception to the fact the BCSC are aware of the precautionary measure ordered by the Chile courts which prevents Barrick ownership of Pascua Lama claims listed in the 43-101 of Silver Wheaton and Barrick Gold Corp. The BCSC needs to act against the fraud of Barrick.

It's unfortunate that a few people want Barrick to continue with their fraud. I'm all for Mr Lopehandia acting against Barricks fraud and defending his claim to Pascua, why would anyone not want that?
