I think a lot of folks, myself included, were having a knee jerk reaction, to the Bad Olde Days, when so much opportunistic FUD was being tossed around, with the intentions of freaking out weak hands, to give up their shares.

Not an excuse, but an explanation.

So to shift the topic forward, I am not quite sure why the concept of this financing, is considered apparently by so many as a third rail?
