Adelstein and Scivoletto were also public figures as regards IFUS. But, neither are public figures anymore, it would seem, since the court cases have all been resolved. The lone remaining legal question in my mind is does Adelstein's role as a creditor of IFUS qualify him as a public figure? Thus, extending certain free speech supra rights to bloggers?
Haven't had a chance to ask the attorneys that question yet.
