"Revisionist" history? For a clearer understanding of the Pilus acquisition and the follow on events, it might be appropriate to review the SEC filings and the IHUB posts from that timeframe. BTW...the TAUG stock that Seth Shaw handed to Jason Barkeloo was valued at $2,000,000! It is most instructive that this fact was simply ignored in the post!

Dr. Stella Sung was not "their person" in terms of Pilus! She was Seth Shaw's "person"! Barkeloo had no time for Dr. Sung, as she could actually ask the hard scientific questions! For proof of the strained relationship between Sung and Barkeloo, Jason Barkeloo relinquished his TAUG Board position shortly after Stella Sung took the TAUG helm. This fact was posted and beat to death on this IHUB Board! Some of TAUG's most supportive minions, including BOD member, Thomas Graham (TJG), posted with regard to the Barkeloo/Sung angst ad infinitum! Seth Shaw was in over his head with Barkeloo!

How do you know TAUG is going to let all those patents become worthless? Maybe you should wait until they are worthless before making those accusations.

First of all, it is not "patents", a plural, it is one single patent. And second, the PATENT IS ALREADY WORTHLESS! For proof all one needs to do is simply review TAUG's most recent Balance Sheet! THE BALANCE SHEET CLEARLY VERIFIES THE COMPANY HAS NO ASSETS! If the patent had worth, it would be shown as an asset! The auditors and attorneys have determined that there is NO COMMERICAL VALUE IN THE SINGLE (ONE!) PILUS PATENT. Should the poster wish to argue with the experts, i.e. the attorneys and auditors, go for it!
