Anybody knows what is the relationship between the previous CEO LB and the new CEO BJW? Are they friends? How BJW ended up in this post? If I remember from reading old posts BJW is not a businessman but he is a lawyer. Has he represented LB in the past and then they ended up in a CEO swap deal? It seems this BJW popped up out of no where, just like that...

I am asking these questions because in several posts LB is presented as disassociated from management but at the sam etime he is the biggest shareholder. It's hard to believe he is on the sideline just watching inactively.
