fish: When you're selling a 100 shares here and there, it doesn't make sense that $300 is going to make a hell of a lot of difference one way or the other. IMO VTSI and the rest of the market is just a little bit uptight over the election and is waiting for some solid info about the countries direction. So far he has contradicted himself so many times that its hard to figure out.
