First post here in a while. Never did respond to you or whoever corrected my post claiming they had a lot of convertible debt, after I had more slowly read the SEC filings which showed it paid off.

My main issue with the company is the fact that they claim to be going into production without enough exploration, testing, and studies done. Since they haven't gone the normal route of doing the above, in the form of a full feasibility study (followed by a production decision), they can not claim the resource has proven reserves.

Without going this normal and SEC acceptable route, they must be very careful in what they file with the SEC. In fact, they have had to respond to SEC comment letters---see sec.gov and type in the company name for all the filings.

Also, because of the above, I tend to think the stock price, as it reflects an appx $100m market cap, is somewhat overextended. Perhaps that's an indication of why the stock slumped so much this morning on the news which showed that production would be delayed into January.
