As for my statement that the shareholders will bear the burden of the judgment one only need read the judgment to see that it is against Supreme Energy as well as Walthers. When Walthers/SE default on whatever the terms of the jusgment are, it won't take long to attach the judgment to IFUS as well. In any even, surely the shareholders don't expect that Walthers will pay the judgment? The judgment, as it currently stands, if paid, will be paid by Supreme Energy out of whatever the sales a bagasse are.
Tip to investors: One of the reasons an audit is so badly needed is to see that the judgment is not being paid out funds from Impact Nutrition products or the sale of dirt from the property. Those are both IFUS assets, not Walthers/Supreme Energy assets.
