Means BMSN's part of RGBP was decreased 3.4% for commons and prefs and voting power was decreased 6.7% between Dec. 2015 and June 2016.
I don't think that Koos sold these parts completely, but i'm sure both parts were further decreased in the last 6 months.
We'll have to wait for yearly financials which are due end of December or mid January 2017 in case of a late filing for BMSN.
