Thanks capted it seems like you better have an agreement with those countries for a split to salvage a wreck or who knows what could happen in the courts. Ah yes treasure net is where I researched it last year...How does distance to shore play into this mess? And yes the treasure companies should ban together to fight this because I also believe they obviously abandoned the wrecks or they wouldn't still be there. Have a good holiday season all i'll check back in towards spring.
