8Ks and PRs for public companies - the words chosen are very selective and debated internally and the majority of the time reviewed by legal counsel, who most know if they've worked with them, are extremely careful in the language they use - 8Ks PRs are not simply a quick summary that someone throws together. The 8K specifically stated a Capital Markey Exchange ----not the Nas or the NY or Amex----
