Their 381 ml isn't a majority but would surely help a vote.

Why I mentioned Sandbergs term being up and no annual meeting this year makes me believe that things will happen very early in Q1.

I may be wrong, but it makes sense to me to delay if other matters will be voted on concerning a sale etc...
