Inventing fantasies does not change the facts. The Federal court says Walthers is a "Scienter" and he and company owe Adelstein & company between $500,000.00 and $700,000.00.

Twist it, jump up and down on it, try to bury it, deny it. It doesn't matter. A fact is a fact is a fact. IFUS/SE/Walther are in debt big time and are facing an even bigger punch to the gut in New Jersey.

That's why IFUS is dead money and has been for years.
