I understand that but there is a float with a designated # of shares and there are legal shorts that have borrowed stock against them, now the illegals are different and I am not sure if it will be that easy for them. This will shed a light on them and the holding firm, who should question the short position on where is the stock and when will it be delivered. They can sell the stock but they need deliver that stock at some point in time because they didn't borrow it.

One thing is for sure the last week someone has been buying and accumulating , it is not retail so either Woodford is back or the naked shorts have begun to cover.
