LETS SAY LES IS HALF RIGHT .... and there are only 50 not 100 million illegal naked shares short, I do not believe that they will be able to stay short through that 10 day period. they will have to account for delivery or show the FIRM where they are short they have the them borrowed. Does anyone know for sure what the accountability for these shares will be. this could have been the plan they put together to force accountability on those shorts and the firms. It is an interesting situation one that I haven't come across before. I do know that if they carry over to OTC and they try and cover there it will not be easy and NWBO could be in the 20 on 10 million shares , i have traded OTC before and those stocks are easy movers on minimal volume on either side Bid os Ask. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY REAL LAW ON THE ISSUE.....
