LOLOL!! Of course he would settle while still owing them money. he was out of moves and faced with this whole matter going to court. On top of that, the company/shareholders were on the hook for the $500,000.00 - $700,000.00 as well as he.

So, of course he is "satisfied with the outcome." By settling, the company and its shareholders have relieved him of his burden and he doesn't have to risk further exposure.


If Walthers would ever file an audit, we would see who pays whom!! Even the required 8K would show the facts. Hence, Walthers will never file an audit, nor an 8K about the matters.

I've always said Walthers was crooked ... not stupid.
