Those are all ASSUMPTIONS generated by the 8K letter of intent. The reverse merger has not taken place.
The forward looking ASSUMPTIONS by the management of SPCL in their 8K letters of intent have not been verified.
In FACT none of the signators in the May 8K any longer work for their respective companies. This is a scam of epic proportions.
