It I just after 10:30 PM in Beijing, China

IF things are going as scheduled as posted in the China Update the US CDNL experts have arrived at the Ninth Division and some time today the MRB-H system has arrived at the installation point.

Next, this coming Thursday Dec 15th, the Panda and the suppliers will complete the on site map and CDNL will complete the equipment installation and commissioning .
