I'm not sure, the two companies have a history of planned business, so can see why he was elected. That said I wrote GGG and expressed my negative feelings on the news. I feel Paul should be focusing on his own business, and that GGG should get somebody else in that can drive shareholder value.

But being a scam, I'm not sure that can be true. What is the scam? It's not like his name holds much weight or credibility as a heavy weight, somebody who would derive up the SP only to dump holdings.

But we share the same sentiment. I am not happy.
