It wasn't discussed at the meeting, it came up in a private, although not confidential, conversation afterwards. I was most likely the only one there who asked how they chose which 800 Target stores, so it probably didn't seem that important to the many. Maybe you could take a survey to form a consensus about which are the most important issues to the shareholders, then send an email to the company with questions about them.
