If the hallin gang had just stopped poking the red hot poker into the side of treaty, then maybe Henry Declined may have laid off with the SEC lawsuit. But the Hallin gang pressed and pressed and kept on pressing until the bubble burst.
Now Treaty forced to fight back and go after the very agency that collided with the gang in its efforts to finish off the company for pure profit.
I'm certain there will be collateral damage , like hedge funds that silently participated in the theft of shareholder money.
