Exactly ... The illegal activity is well known and not enforced. Klein has a very good case with proof.

There is a reason why the SEC Chair immediately resigned just a day or two after being served. She knows the new administration is going to crack down on allowing hedge funds and The Halln Gang of Cons ( example ) from bilking investors out of their assets.
