Going out on a limb but here goes....
The address associated with Ceek has been the same as NXGA since Feb of 2016 so obviously the phone number would be the same. This would also mean that Ceek is NXGA? Just check the Florida SOS.
What isn't adding up is despite the fact that Ceek has made tremendous progress, the company's stock, NXGA, has been completely ignored by the company. There are no material updates, no filings, nor have they ever filed a form 15-12G. And don't forget this is an SEC reporting company.
Going through the history of the company, it appears in my opinion that right before Ms. Spio renounced her position, she took control of the assets through 'the royalty deal' of $5 million, increased the A/S to 5 billion shares, and basically stole the deal with Universal and Megadeath from shareholders. Also we know that the royalties are over due to be paid to the company as the Megadeath VR experience has been on shelves for months.
This leaves me to believe that greed took her over and her business plan turned to an ulterior motive of having the market pay for her start up, disregard the royalty agreement, and leave NXGA for dead.
Bottom line imo is Spio stole the Universal/Megadeath deal from NXGA share holders. If she needs to answer to shareholders, is up to us but I will say this, it will be a crying shame if Ceek gets bought by someone like Google or Microsoft and all of us are stuck holding worthless shares of NXGA.
