Yes that's the entire reason it's pretty close to fair value now.

The OS is getting a 1/100 and the AS is only a 1/10. That's the same as a company adding an extra 0 to the authorized shares and not the IS. Essentially moving the decimal place over on the value of all shareholders stock as soon as those authorized shares become outstanding.

All this bullish projections were done without moving the decimal over. The high bat isn't 30 or 40 cents. It's 3 or 4 cents.

Which isn't bad. It's just that RS they are going to do is especially dirty and will allow them to dump shares.
