Without knowing all the details about what drove their decision to delist, it's very difficult to make sense of them throwing in the towel, while at the same time coming this close to completion of the trial. Linda and Les could easily played for time for another month or so to let the positive news benefit the stock price (and market cap) without the effect of news of the delisting. It's nearly impossible to build meaningful value for a biotech on OTC.

"The company has a strong focus that is top line data that is well within FDA approval, commercialization partner and or buyout at a multibillion dollar level and it does not matter what exchange you are on to do any of this in the coming 2017 year...."

The timing and even the decision seems very odd in light of how close they are to ending the trial and providing some data. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that the decision was made because it's moot and there will a buyout within the next couple of months, or that the Nasdaq regs do really hinder some type of JV/Partnership agreement in the near term. (If this is done because it provide a little flexibility to close some small financings, then I really have to question the so called "brilliance" of Linda and Les.)
