Agree, and thanx for the DD. I posted before the employee to sales income of 643,000 per employee. Which is very good for a non capital intensive business as well. 45 million/70 employees=642,000 per.

Paying employees with public stock option incentives with a investment holding period takes a lot of there employee expenses also. Win, win for everyone involved imo.
