There are few possibilities for Cheryl not responding to any emails:

1. Direction by company not to respond any email
2. She is not willing to respond and ignore all requests

I remembered from one of the posts on Ihub pasting response from Cheryl saying "Savi Corp has every intention to be relisted in 2016". We are at the end of 2016 It is evident that we don't have any chance to relisted in 2016.
