agree that filings are great in any investment we make. but, having said that this is stinky pinkie and a company uses this because they do not have the burden of filing anything, except a plan of use to begin.the hope we hold and fund on is they are not crooks and will try to get us something in return for our funding. I am not fully involved here but am trying to research a little into the ceo background and what assets he has available. if I find anything good or bad will state it. if you have anything tangible to add with some backing besides history here share, and we all can profit for the future.
