If u believe in the company and think this is a long term play, then u can't give a static analysis on the dilution. Stocks move up on positive news or change in product sales trends as well as new launches. So, then it becomes a question of whether the good news will offset dilution or will the downward trend continue...Also what added value does the China deal bring to the company and will they make it past stage one?
