I'll take both a deal followed by a buy out.

I don't think our Best In Class sales team has delivered anythintg to us this year with the title of a NEW (never before) license agreement.

If the BOD met this month, maybe they will break the ice with an announcement of a special dividend.

Something has to come before year-end.
