This is the stupidest move I could have ever imagined. Everybody knows golf is a decaying industry. There are many distressed properties available, some of which have already been acquired by the Company. And there are significant losses on the books as is acknowledged by the CEO.

What is NOT being represented revolves about why the move is being made, given that it clearly spells out disaster for former REIT-holders. Who stands to gain looking ahead, now that NCT is putting its own head in the guillotine?
