I looked at that "company" and it was an obvious share selling scam same as TECO. This is how it works, and where the so called NSS fit in. Insiders and/or the company working the share selling scam give an MM or two or three a shitload of shares to sell. The insiders/company post bullshit PR's to generate volume to sell those shares into. MM's don't hold inventories of penny stocks so not all of the many MM's are sitting on those particular company's shares but they can legally sell them as long as they cover within the allotted time, 99% don't take the full allotted time but rather cover in minutes or even seconds later. Surly within a day or two. They get those shares from the MM's that are dumping for the insiders. It's called dilution... The company dumping shares on unsuspecting "investors" that think there're going to get rich on this next big thing whether it's a wifi widget or striking oil.

He got scammed same as TECO investors/victoms.
