I found this book to be interesting reading. It's written in 2016 and carries a copy write for 2017. The book documents the revival of Miami's Liberty City, once referred to as the most dangerous place in the U.S.
On page 107 it talks about the role Wialan tech played in Liberty City the model City. I wonder if Victor knows he is now part of history.
