I am not sure why it matters . Most agree nothing will be Happening until there is a sale . Some say it will never happen , others say it will . At this point IMHO we can all write what ever we want . It won't change things now ,
Will it ?

Again you will not make or lose money until you sell . Also IMHO some of the negative comments have all been written not once but many times over and over . And of course to be honest also some of the positive comments as well .

Bottom line we are either headed for a sale / lease or we are not . The only ones that will make this happen
Are @ QSEP . I have read why it will & I also have read that it won"t . Some here need new material .
