elk-The SS is perfectly fine. The NVSOS has been updated in anticipation of the RS exactly as mentioned in the 8K in the filing. It is all legal and good.

No need to panic.

Too many people posting with no knowledge at all.

This is in very good shape. Pure technical correction.

There is no and will not be any share dump like you see in stnky pinky. There will be a fully subscribed secondary offering for tiny amount of shares.

This will get its right valuation soon after moving out of this OTC land. No worries.
