You guys were victims to bad math. I didn't want to post this since I'm still in the stock.. But when they do the RS they are increasing the AS by an extra zero.

Let's just say were at a penny when the RS happens. If you have 50000 shares now you will have 500 shares after the RS. And that penny will go to $1 a share. That's fair. Exact same value. BUT. They are only lowering the AS by a factor of 10 not 100. As soon as the authorized shares start getting dumped into the market the value of the shares we had will tank. Our ownership of the company will effectively be lowered by a decimal place.

TO DR. This isn't skyrocketing because that RS coming up is a much more nefarious RS than normal. It essentially adds an extra zero to the AS making dillution the clear goal after uplisting.

That doesn't mean in a year this thing won't take off. But if you take everyone's predictions and move the decimal point over one you have much closer to what the current fair value is.

In other words. If you take into account the RS that's going to occur. At 1 penny right now. And 1 dollar then. We are basically at fair value.

That's why it's not going to run anymore. There won't be any institutions getting on board until the company is settled in.

That said. I think in 5 years this stock could still blow up. It's just not gonna happen any time soon. This entire run and all the predictions are based on math errors or the assumption that that MASSIVLEY bloated AS won't be used.
