I always love photos of miscreants. Butt this cannot be a surprise to anyone, as the only way to get ahead in New Jersey, New York, Illinois, or Rhode Island politics is to be dirty and part of the corruption apparatus. Andy Cuomo is a fine example:

Oddly, these are all Deep Blue states.

Could just be a coincidence. Also all states in which the Italian Mafia was dominant during its heyday (Hay Day!).
