Which is a far cry from what he could make by raising share price. It would not be hard at all to pump this to $1+ to make millions. Look at mdbx...no product, no anything, from sub penny to $200 a share. The loan is nothing more than a fail-safe. His best chances of making money are to sell product and raise PPS, and that's why anyone with shares will make money as well. No scam here, no enrichment scheme, and plenty more money to be made
