Kesha indicated to me that Dial's appeals were because the DOJ had found valuable assets and he was trying to protect them. I don't remember us being told the outcome of his appeal.
She also told me, at a later date, that Dial's assets turned out to be so heavily encumbered, that they were of little value.
It's my opinion that much of the value of Jarvis's property were eaten up by maintenance, taxes and utilities. All because it took the DOJ so damn long to sell the big house.
I've often wondered---A management company must have been engaged to look after the Jarvis house and cars. I wonder if the management outfit "knew" anybody, so to speak, in the DOJ.
